ensure that the dog is potty-trained, leash-trained and crate-trained
make sure that the dog is safely restrained with a seat belt and harness during car travel
commit to life-long socialization of the breeding dog
cover the cost of a pet insurance policy for the breeding dog
cover the cost related to emergency medical treatment that is not breeding-related
keep the dog at a healthy weight and in overall good health with a high quality diet
keep the dog on-leash in public places, ensuring that he or she never roams freely or unattended
notify Sunny Heart Doodles on the very first day of a heat cycle
understand that the monetary value of a breeding dog is $10,000
understand that while your dog is breeding, he or she is owned by Sunny Heart Doodles
understand that if you move more than 30 miles from Morristown, New Jersey, the breeding dog must be returned to Sunny Heart Doodles
understand that if you cannot maintain the dog, the breeding dog must be returned to Sunny Heart Doodles
